Information on the processing of personal data (Privacy Policy)
Pursuant to and for the purposes of Regulation 2016/679 / EU (the so-called "GDPR" Regulation) and Legislative Decree 196/2003 (and subsequent amendments and additions), Edizioni Ambiente Srl with registered office in Milan at Via N. Battaglia 10, as "Data Controller" informs that the provision of personal data by Users (such as "Interested Parties") is optional, but in its absence it is not possible to receive the requested Services. The personal data provided by the User are processed according to the rules indicated below.
A) (Processing purpose.) The personal data provided by the "Interested" subject is processed for the sole purpose of providing the Services requested by the User during registration.
B) (Processing method and duration.) The data are collected, recorded, organized, stored, consulted, processed, used and modified with both IT and paper tools exclusively by Edizioni Ambiente personnel or by subjects expressly delegated for maintenance software needs /hardware. Safety measures are taken to prevent unauthorized access, loss or illicit use of data. The data are stored exclusively for the period of time in which the requested Services will be active and in any case not beyond the revocation of the consent to their treatment.
C) (Rights of the data subject and method of operation.) The interested party may at any time ask the Data Controller: confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the data; obtain information on their origin and content; verification of accuracy; integration and updating; cancellation of data processed in violation of the law or of those on a voluntary basis processed for marketing purposes. The aforementioned rights can be exercised by sending the Data Controller specific request by email, email or registered mail addressed to: Edizioni Ambiente Srl, via N. Battaglia 10, 20127 Milan, telephone: 02/45487277; privacy@edizioniambiente.it. The interested party may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority for privacy which can be identified on the basis of the aforementioned sources of law.
